As we wrap up the year, I’ve been reflecting on all the moments—big and small—that made 2025 such a meaningful season of growth. And I wanted to take a moment to say thank you in the most genuine way possible.

This year was filled with accomplishments across every level of the work we’ve done together. From team trainings to 1:1 sessions, I witnessed so many of you step into your strengths with intention and confidence:

  • Teams delivering killer presentations with clarity and presence.

  • Individuals running successful meetings that built credibility and trust.

  • Leaders leaning into growth and elevating how they communicate.

  • ROI rising through stronger conversations, cleaner processes, and more consistent follow-up.

  • A noticeable increase in client deals closed, born from deeper connection and sharper communication.

  • And teams, as a whole, growing in alignment, confidence, and collaboration.

One of the accomplishments I’m most grateful for is client retention. Many of you have trusted us year after year to support your teams’ development—and that loyalty means more than I can ever communicate in words.
Knowing that we get to partner with you long-term and be part of your continued evolution is something I never take for granted.

Looking ahead to next year, I feel incredibly energized. We have so much coming:

  • A new method that’s simple, sticky, and easy for everyone to implement.

  • AI-supported training that meets the moment and elevates how your teams communicate.

  • More coaches joining the Sales & Presence team, expanding the support available to you.

  • And even more to announce in Q1—new tools, deeper resources, and fresh ways to reinforce the skills your teams are building every day.
