Our Commitment to Giving Back

S&P currently supports organizations including Helping Strays and National Mill Dog Rescue, with additional contributions made on a per-project basis.

If you’re working with or passionate about a specific nonprofit, we welcome those conversations. While we’re not able to support every organization, we thoughtfully evaluate opportunities where our contribution can make a meaningful difference.

Why This Matters to Us

Giving back is deeply personal for our founder, Amy Reczek.

Amy was born with Congenital Heart Disease and has undergone three open-heart surgeries, beginning in early childhood. While CHD is not curable, it has profoundly shaped her perspective on resilience, empathy, and leadership.

Through her own journey, Amy experienced firsthand the importance of support, advocacy, and opportunity. That experience informs how Sales & Presence operates today — with a belief in bringing the elevator back down and creating pathways for others to succeed.

For Amy, giving back isn’t a program or obligation. It’s a commitment to using success as a means to support others and create ripple effects of confidence, hope, and possibility.
